What types of massages do you offer?

We offer Swedish, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massages.

We also specialize in couples massage experiences in the Park City, Heber City, Midway, Summit, and Snyderville areas.

What should I expect during my first massage?

During your initial visit, we'll ask you about your medical history and any specific areas you'd like us to focus on. Then, we'll leave the room to give you privacy while you undress to your comfort level and lay down on the massage table. We'll use a sheet to cover any areas of your body that aren't being massaged. You can communicate with us throughout the session to let us know if you'd like more or less pressure, or if you're feeling uncomfortable in any way.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a relaxing, meditative experience using instruments like crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to help your body and nervous system fully unwind. You simple relax, enjoy, and let the sound do the work.

Is massage good for ski recovery?

Absolutely. A massage after a day on the mountain helps relieve tight quads, sore calves, and that deep mountain-leg fatigue - so you can get back out there feeling good.

Do you offer couples massage in Park City?

Yes, we work side by side so you and your partner can relax together, whether you're celebrating something special or just unwinding after a day outdoors.
