A sound journey is like a massage for the brain; helping relieve stress and assist with better sleep. This is perfect for those that need nervous system regulation, are burned out from their high stress careers, creatives who feel overwhelmed or blocked, or those that simply need an emotional reset. For your journey, you will be clothed, and can choose to lay on the floor with your own pillows, yoga mats and blankets or relax in a comfy chair if you have mobility issues. I will assist you through your journey starting with some intention setting, guided breath work and then playing of the instruments. This experience will leave you feeling more rested so you can actually function and not just cope.
