The Sound of Healing company is locally owned and operated by licensed massage therapists, Rachel and Miro. We bring the spa experience to you at your home, resort or vacation rental in the Wasatch Back, including Heber City, Midway and Park City. Whether you need help with muscle recovery or seeking a relaxing luxurious treatment, we have the expertise and experience to assist you. We specialize in working with couples, families, groups, special events and wellness retreats.

Sound Journeys, more commonly known as sound baths, are available for groups or individuals and will be tailored to your needs. Various instruments such as Tibetan metal and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums will be utilized to help reset the nervous system, reduce stress and help with sleep management.

This customizable treatment includes aromatherapy of your choice, hot towels for the feet and neck, face massage with Gua Sha stones and your choice of any two enhancements. Knesko Collagen Face Mask

Our individual or couples sound journey is perfect for those who need a little more curated and focused experience. Rachel will have a phone consult before your booking to discuss any emotional or physical issues that you might like to address. The sound journey purpose is to help relieve stress and bring the nervous system back into alignment. It is like a massage for the brain and great for those who have trouble sleeping. For your journey, you will be clothed, and can choose to lay on the floor or relax in a comfy chair in your home. A variety of instruments will be played to help soothe the body and mind.

Groups of 3 or more

Our group sound journey is perfect for a gathering of friends, family, wellness retreats and corporate events. It's a wonderful way to treat yourselves to a relaxing experience while Rachel plays Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, wave drum and more. Rachel will arrive at your location to set up her sound instruments in the center of your space and have the participants bring their own pillows, blankets and yoga mats to lay on the floor surrounding her. Anyone with mobility issues are more than welcome to use a chair to ensure their comfort.
