Relax and be lulled by the sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan metal bowls, chimes, wave drum and more. A sound journey is like a massage for the brain; helping relieve stress, bring the nervous system back into alignment and assist with better sleep. For your journey, you will be clothed, and can choose to lay on the floor with your own pillows, yoga mats and blankets or relax in a comfy chair if you have mobility issues. For groups of three or more there will be an extra charge of $30 per person.
